Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before check-in to be eligible for a refund.
  • Some bookings may be non-refundable or subject to hotel-specific cancellation policies.

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited within 7 business days to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

No-show Policy

  • If a guest fails to check in on the booked date without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.

Modification Requests

  • Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Requests should be made in advance for consideration.
